What? A Korean American wrote a play about the contemporary black experience? Get out of town.

In all seriousness, however, this play sounds great.

  1. Who better? If what I am given to understand is correct, in the inner city the contemporary black experience often involves Koreans. At least that was the case in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, for me, but it's an awfully small sampling rate, so maybe I don't know what I'm talking about. Wait, I also saw it on Law and Order, so it must be true, maybe.
