  1. I found the second half of the lecture on the Volokh Conspiracy at least as interesting as the first. The cop corroborated and validated everything the law professor said. I wonder if the policy would hold true in Korea as well. Is it best to keep your mouth shut? What if the cops start to use "enhanced interrogation techniques"?
