As a part of the effort to raise awareness for North Korean refugees, The Jubilee Project will donate 30 cents to the non-profit Liberty in North Korea (LiNK) for every view this video receives. The money will be directed to an initiative called The Hundred, which seeks to rescue 100 North Korean refugees.
So just watch the video, will you? It is for a good cause.

A typical Korean film. Misunderstandings, no communication despite modern technology. But a happy ending? That would be unusual for a Korean film where the hero or heroine usually dies of a terminal decease or an accident. Liberty project will work? How do you rescue 100 people from North Korea?I saw a film on TV about a girl escaping from North Korea and after a long time she ended up in South Korea and found that she was looked down on because she was a refugee from the north. How is that possible? Why?
The Korean is a Korean American living in Washington D.C. He lived in Seoul until he was 16, then moved to Los Angeles area. The Korean refers to himself in the third person because he thinks it sounds cool.
Okay...I watched that to give $0.30 to the Liberty Project but um...WHAT THE HECK.
ReplyDelete...Since they both have phones, why didn't he call or text to let her know that he was running late?
And also, what was she doing at the end? Texting him from the toilet?
Confused!
Yea I didn't get that part either. Why didn't he call her to say that he had no cash and couldn't get the subway?
ReplyDeletehi~ i love the piano music on this video. what is it called?
ReplyDeleteI don't really understand the video. :/
ReplyDeleteIt makes no sense that he wouldn't just call her and tell her what is happening.
